LA’DIVA is a Manchester, UK based Singer-songwriter, a Recording Artist with a passionate & distinctive voice, also The Flamboyant Dancer that Exudes Limberness, citing the greatest artistic talent of Yondo Sister from the then Zaire. Based in London, Eugene Makuta & Live Band Musique is an emerging group from their original band, Grupo Lokito – a fuse of contemporary Congolese and Cuban and the band have taken the UK by storm, wowing festivals and the club circuit alike with their blistering grooves and outlandish dance moves. Eugene Makuta & Live Band Musique operates under La’Diva Million MUSIC Management and these guys blend in Rumba & Zouk genres that leave an unforgettable memory in your hearts and Soukous genre which will keep you on the dance floor till you drop because of its ‘Ndombolo’ dance style. The classy, sophisticated dance moves, and the glorious melodious vocals from Eugene Makuta, Iddo Donnatella, Mistony & Sasha, blends with Congolese musician hero – Mbokalia (Burkina Faso)’s sweetest and sophisticated lead guitars; Rhythmic grooves from Kawele “Fingerprinter” Mutimanwa – one of the ever best rhythm guitarist of all time; the ingenious and disciplined bassist – Chocolat Bass that always takes the whole band’s sound from good to great through pure talent; the diligence, the dedication and uplifting of the piano/keyboards; and finally the lively drumming and percussions by the ever cheerful, energetic & talented Felix Ngindu. ‘IN LOVE’ is an album, written and arranged by La’Diva Million and Eugene Makuta. Recorded and rearranged in London, UK by Mbokalia – Burkina Faso and Paul Hutchinson at Northwest Recording Studios, Adlington – Chorley, UK. All tracks were mastered by Paul Hutchinson. A mixed genre of world music, the album presents a collection of sweet rumba, sexy zouk and classy coupe décale vibrant melodies, soukous/seben/ndombolo, afro beat/club dance sounds and a reggae vibe! The Album was previously Launched July 6th this year, La’Diva’s Academic Masters Project Assignment for The Music Industry Management & Promotion Course – Under the leadership of Tony Rigg – UCLan.
